What is Ballet Body Flow?

A series of full-body Barre workouts that utilize ballet movements to target the smaller muscle groups to sculpt your beautiful feminine physique, while being gentle on your joints. Come back to this video anytime your muscles feel extra stiff or sore, or to relax before bed.
