What is Ballet Body Flow?
A series of full-body Barre workouts that utilize ballet movements to target the smaller muscle groups to sculpt your beautiful feminine physique, while being gentle on your joints. This challenge is designed for you to build strength, tone, release tension, and feel beautiful in your body. You're going to have so much fun moving your body in ways you normally wouldn't. All classes are low-impact and perfect for beginners!

In this bootcamp I'll be taking you through sculpting Barre classes inspired from my experience as a professional ballerina, dancer & celebrity trainer that will leave you feeling strong, graceful, and beautiful.
