Hamstring Stretch: ONE Simple Trick to release a tight hamstring

This is a sneaky way to get an easy and effective hamstring stretch and release while at work. It’s so simple, that no one will know what’s going on 🙂 

I keep a set of lacrosse balls at my desk so I can roll out and not let sitting get the best of me. Sitting is so detrimental to your mobility, so it’s important to break it up with mobility moves like this one here.
